[MonoDevelop] doesn't Copy to output directory of referencing projects.

I just tried to build Wide Margin on ubuntu 11.10 and was not able to
because it couldn't find a whole bunch of files at run time

These files are included in projects and marked to copy to output directory.

In old versions of MonoDevelop these are automatically copied to the output
directory of the current project and to the output directory of any
projects that reference it.

However now they are only copied to the output directory of the current
project.

This is with Mono Develop 2.6 (the lastest available version)

What can I do to work around this?
