[MonoDevelop] Where are tutorials and sample files for Mono & MonoTouch available?

This is a follow-on question to my earlier post about a download for Mono
Developer itself.
IIRC, when I was on the site 4 or 5 days ago (when it was still up &
running) there were links to "Hello, World!" type tutorials as well as some
sample files and/or solutions.
Are there any alternate locations for these tutorials/samples other than the
now-broken Mono/Attachmate website?
I think it's important to surface links to such resources quickly while they
are still available at cached locations. Also, now would be a good time to
put together a list of links to 3rd party articles that have good summaries
of Mono, Mono Developer and MonoTouch.
I'll get things started:

I've read the .NET Development for the iPhone article, and it's quite
thorough with a lot of helpful screen shots.
