[MonoDevelop] XML Serialization error?

Hi All,

I am using MD 2.6 b2 (2.5.91) and I am trying to consume a web service however every time I instantiate an object it throws the following:

System.InvalidOperationException has been thrown
IsNullable may not be 'true' for value type

It does this in both the simulator and on the device...

I have the same code in a VS2010 project and it works fine so I know it's not the web service or code...

Can anyone shed any light on this?
