[MonoDevelop] Tweak Editor Theme

Oh man! Thank you, Michael! I'll get around to fully detailing what I did
but, for now, two quick observations:
1. The settings aren't loaded each time from an XML - you manually add it
in the Theme GUI.
2. You won't find any theme files on your system - get them from git.
