[MonoDevelop] The graphical resource manager

Hello. I don't know is this the right place to post this question:
Does monodevelop has any graphical resource manager?
If monodevelop hasn't any,  is there any nice tutorial how to do that by
hand. In msdn I did not find anything usefull - only vague description of
methods in resourcemanager class and how to use visual studio graphical
resource manager.
