[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop OSX / Windows performance differences

I have found the reason why: the project and source files are located on my
BootCamp hd,
accessed using an additional Tuxera NTFS driver.

I have moved them to the MacOSX drive and the result is spectacular:

- loading the Monodevelop solution takes 70 seconds on the NTFS drive, and 3
seconds on the MacOSX one.
- recompiling the entire solution takes 40s in one case, and 25s in the
other.
- checking that an application is uptodate before running it takes 2s in one
case and 0s in the other.

The difference makes MonoMac/MonoTouch development much more fluid and fun!

Thanks for forcing me to make this simple change, I hope that it will be
useful to other people...
