[MonoDevelop] Windows 7 Monodevelop 2.4 f#

Hi

I am trying to setup monodevelop to work for c# & f#. My install for c# is
working fine however I am not sure what to do to complete the f# install.

I have installed the f# msi from here

Is there something further with monodevelop I need to install? Each time I
open mondevelop and click new solution I cannot get an option to develo an
f# solution.
