[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.6 Beta 1 released

I just had a look at the WIX code and it has NETFRAMEWORK40FULL as the
required framework version.

If you only have the client profile installed this will not match. Try
installing the full framework.

Someone from the monodevelop team needs to comment on if the full framework
is actually needed.
If not the WiX source needs to be changed to require NETFRAMEWORK40CLIENT.

If the full framework is really required then I suggest the message be
changed to reflect this.
