[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Add-In appears ... then disappears?

Hi everyone!

I have a MonoDevelop which works as expected, but only when it is first  
enabled. If it did not exist in the AddIns folder, and MonoDevelop is  
started for the first time, or if I go to the preferences for add-ins and  
disable/enable, it works fine. Otherwise it doesn't show up.

Any ideas why this would occur?
