[MonoDevelop] Characters like "é" not appearing in Monodevelop editor

Hi all!

I'm not being able to type character like "é" or "ó". I always get "
'e " or " 'o " instead.

Is there any config I have to change in order to get it working?

I'm using osx 10.6.6, Mono 2.10 and monodevelop 2.4.2
