[MonoMac] Enable XCode4 support (currently broken)
First off, thank you very much to Michael (and I presume to Xamarin) for
continuing to work on this stuff.
Second, does this mean that we will also see XCode4 support for MonoTouch at
some point? Or are we waiting for ".NET for iOS by Xamarin"? I realise that
MonoTouch dev has basically stopped but how the evolution of MonoDevelop
might enhance MonoTouch is a grey area for me.
It may be that this is not expected to hit a release version of MonoDevelop
until Xamarin product ships anyway. I have a Linux machine that basically
runs MonoDevelop off GitHub master. I have never had as much success
building on my Mac though (weird font problems and stuff) so I often have to
wait for at least beta releases there.
