[MonoDevelop] Using MonoDevelop on OSX - keystroke commands

I'm new to using Mono and MonoDevelop, and am running on OSX. I created an
MVC 3 project and simply want to add a new View (i.e., MVC-based View) but I
can't seem to find a menu option, or a keystroke command to get it to do
this in the MonoDevelop IDE. Is there a keystroke command cheatsheet or
other help that can help me?
