[MonoDevelop] Crash on Windows 7 (apparently due to generics)

I develop on both Windows 7 (at work) and Debian GNU/Linux (at home), thus
I'd like to use the same tool on both environment.
I could use VS2008 at work (and I use it for some project), but as git has
been integrated in MonoDevelop I started to prefer it.
