I would like to second this comment.  MonoMac is the best open source
solution for developing mac applications that I have come by.  When word
gets out how easily this integrates with Interface builder, I suspect this
will become a very popular project.  Given a choice between developing and
debugging in C# vs working in Objective C, I would choose C# any day of the
week.
