[MonoDevelop] Debug Application... Command Line Parameters

I happen to be hitting a similar issue. In my case I am not running a
test, this is just a plain old executable that takes command line
arguments. I set run arguments for the project, Project -> <Project
Name> Options -> Run, but these do not seem to get used when run in
debug mode. Is it the case that one cannot specify command line
arguments in debug mode?
