[MonoDevelop] AssemblyLoadEventRequest File Missing?

Hi Lluis,

Are we also missing a file called AssemblyLoadEventRequest.cs in the master
branch?

Error from latest github pull:
./Mono.Debugger.Soft/VirtualMachine.cs(191,24): error CS0246: The type or
namespace name `AssemblyLoadEventRequest' could not be found. Are you
missing a using directive or an assembly reference?
