[MonoDevelop] Brackets, Curly Brackets etc. not working with Monodevelop on German Keyboard

Hi,

I don't think this is a MonoDevelop-related issue. I'm also using MD with a 
German keyboard, but I use the AltGr key instead of Ctrl+Alt as this key 
combination is sometimes a source of trouble.

If your keyboard lacks an AltGr key, you can define an unused key as such.
