[MonoDevelop] Debug Application... Command Line Parameters

How does one set command line parameters in MonoDevelop using Debug Application from the Run menu?

I have some MbUnit tests that I'd like to debug using MbUnit.Conse.exe but I don't see how I would pass command line parameters to set up which tests to run/debug.
