You need to add it to your project references. Double-click on the
"References" of your project in the solution pad, then select the
System.Core assembly, and click the "+" button, then "Ok".

(You could also use the Project->Edit References menu command, or the
Edit References command from the context menu of the "References" of
your project in the solution pad)
