[MonoDevelop] Brackets in MonoDevelop (Keyboard)

Michael,
I can confim this using tortoiseHg on a Win7 with a german qwertz keyboard.
Substituting AltGr by using Ctrl+Alt is a "feature" of windows.
However gtk obviously does some keyboard-handling on its own. This is
not everytime "as expected" see
