Hi,

I just ran into this error and figured out how to get stop it from being a
problem, at least for me.
I went to http://www.gzip.org/ http://www.gzip.org/ and downloaded gzip
for windows.
I copied gzip to the bin folder in C:\Program Files\monodevelop.
 Finally, I renamed gzip.exe to zip.exe...
and I am not getting this error any more.

Good luck - hopefully this was the file specified by your particular error
message,

 Dominick
