[MonoDevelop] Code completion stopped working

* Check the MD log for errors (~/.config/MonoDevelop/log)
* Try cleaning out the pidb (complete data cache) files from your
project directories
* Try cleaning out the pidb files from ~/.config/MonoDevelop/CodeCompletionData
