[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Text Editor Background

I am using Mono's OpenSUSE image and the version of MonoDevelop is 2.2.
Whenever i check the Show Column Ruler and click on Apply it indeed shows
the column ruler but when i went back to disable it, it shows me the
unchecked check box.
