[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop Text Editor Background

Then i think it's a bug, because Preferences -> Text Editor -> Markers and
Rulers -> Show Column Ruler is already unchecked and my code lines
overlapped the column ruler. You can verify it from the screen shot I've
attached above.
