[MonoDevelop] Adding a Project Template to MD 2.8

Hi Michael,

I tried placing the two sample files in both

~/Library/Application Support/ MonoDevelop-2.8/Addins
and
~/Library/Application Support/ MonoDevelop-2.8.5/Addins

And neither worked (nor did my old templates). Can you verify this on
your end.
