[MonoDevelop] Embedded Mono Debugging / Custom Addin

Micheal,

I just tried this in the windows build of 2.8.5 and couldn't get it to
work.  I put MONODEVELOP_SDB_TEST in my user environment variables.  Is
there something else I need to do?
