[MonoDevelop] Symbol highlighting question

I've done a search and no one seems to be talking about this, so I'm making a
new thread.

I'm not a big fan of the "highlight all occurrences of the current symbol"
functionality. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to turn it off.
However, there does /appear/ to be a way to configure the color of the
highlight, since I've noticed it's different for different themes. What I
would like to do to simulate turning it off is to make the highlight colors
exactly the same as the normal text colors. That way I wouldn't be able to
see the highlight. Any suggestions on how I would go about doing that? I've
looked through the XML of various themes and I can't find any style names
that jump out at me as being the ones I need to set.
