[MonoDevelop] Commitin files from two different projects

I think I just found out, why it doesn't work for me. It is due to my
folder hierarchy.
It appears, as if commiting something from the solution, only commits
things which are stored in folders directly under the solution folder.
But since my hierarchy is

main/folderwithosolution
main/project1
main/project2

instead of

main/folderwithsoultion
main/folderwithsoultion/project1
main/folderwithsoultion/project2

is ignores the project stored parallel to the soultion folder.

I thin I should file a bug report for that.

cheers
Mathias
