[MonoDevelop] Nice to have for frequent VS - MonoDevelop switchers

Hi

At or first evangelic presentation about MonoDroid, eclipse guys have 
asked us:
"Does it work with F5?" It did, it was in VS and pretty small solution. 
We have
eve managed multi project start WP7 and Mono4Android.
Now we are moving towards iOS and working a lot in MonoDevelop on Mac...
It would be great if one could set switch to ignore compile errors from
projects not needed for actual run/debug.

for example: right now startup project is Mono4Android but run/debug or
F5 do not work, cos MonoDevelop whines that Silverligh/Moonlight is
not installed although that project has nothing to do with testing
of Mono4Android exe....
