[MonoDevelop] EXE runs in MD but not when I double click the file.

I have the same problem with a GTK "hello world" demo app. I've build & run
the same app on two Win7 PC's. On both PCs it runs OK in the debugger. On
one it also runs OK when I double-click on the .exe but not on the other.

When it fails the system event log shows that "CLR20r3" could not be
resolved:

By a process of elimination I've tracked it down to the fact that on the
failing PC I've got the gtk+ runtime installed as well as
gtk-sharp-2.12.10.win32.

I've uninstantiated the gtk+ runtime and my demo app runs fine on both
system.

No clue why of course!
