[MonoDevelop] monodevelop - debugger issue on Fedora 14

I am currently running the FC14 with:

 kernel 2.6.35.6-45.fc14.i686
mono 2.6.7
monodevelop 2.4
monodevelop-debugger-gdb-2.4.1.fc14.i686
monodevelop-debugger-mdb-2.4.1.fc14.i686
monodevelop-debugger-2.6.3-1.fc14.i686

I can start monodevelop and build and executable with no issues. I can
insert a breakpoint but when I attempt to debug the application (via the
Run->Debug menu option) the breakpoint is ignored and the application
runs and exits.

Any thoughts on how to get the debugger working?
