[MonoDevelop] Code completion for System (base and default types in core lib)

Additional details (found thins in my MonoDevelop log)

WARNING [2011-04-09 17:30:29Z]: mscorlib assembly not found for framework
'.NETFramework,Version=v2.0'. The framework may not be installed.
ERROR [2011-04-09 17:30:30Z]: Can't create syntax mode directory

So that would perhaps explain why there is no code completion? should I file
a bug?
