[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop on WinXP fails due to missing Mono.Cairo.dll

Yap, It's already installed, I installed also the Mono.Cairo assembly in the MS .NET's Gac, nothing changed.
Any  help is appreciatedThanksWaleed
