[MonoDevelop] Problem with running a new solution

Dear all

Tha last days I experience a problem with my monodevelop-platform for Windows. I would like to say that I am a beginner programmer.

My problem is that althougth all my old solutions work propertly, I can not run any new solution. Even if I do the simplest (just to open a console project and try to run the default "Hello world") it's not working. I simply don't have the choice to run the program (although I can built it). 

I updated it to the newest version (2.4) but still nothing. Can anyone help me?
