Hi Mike;

Your hint "install a package called libglade-cil-dev or something" helped,
thanks! I've continued to search for and install things as called for by the
build process. The latest stumper is:

[mono] ~/Projects/monodevelop $ ./configure --prefix=/opt/mono && make &&
sudo make install

Could not load file or assembly 'gtk-sharp, Version=,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=35e10195dab3c99f' or one of its
error CS0011: Could not load type
'MonoDevelop.Ide.Gui.Dialogs.MimeTypePolicyOptionsPanel`1[T]' from assembly
'MonoDevelop.Ide, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

Any hints?
