[MonoDevelop] Portable Monodevelop/Mono Distribution [Successful]

Its nice to hear from you. First of all I have no idea how to contribute the
patches to mono,  I have only made changes in all the batch scripts. Can you
please guide me on how to upload those modified scripts?

Secondly, to create a monodevelop bundle, you suggested me to create a
script, but is it necessary? I have only created a batch script and a
launcher exe (written in .net 1.1 for fancy icon and so); any one of them
can be used to run the monodevelop using mono. All you have to do is to copy
the whole distributions (mono, md, gtk#) under a single root directory and
place the launcher in there, that's all. I think its better to distribute
the whole thing in a single zip file like eclipse distribution. What is your
opinion about that?
