[MonoDevelop] Empty toolbox

hello everyone, I am new to monodevelop and I've been having a problem with
the stetic GUI designer.

when I open the toolbox there are no widgets for me to use.

I am running ubuntu 10.04 with monodevelop 2.4 and mono 2.6, I have
gtk-sharp2 installed, if anyone could help me it would be greatly
appreciated
