Um, that's the new (alpha) experimental version of the GTK# designer
from addins.monodevelop.com... As I understand the situation, it's not
compatible with the stable GTK# designer - you must disable the stable
one using the addin manager, or uninstall the alpha one.

The new MD build you downloaded includes the stable GTK# designer for
the first time on Mac, which is why it triggered the issue.
