[MonoDevelop] Mono 2.8 .Net 4.0 and Nunit

Hi Matt,

NUnit 2.5.7 contains code to detect the presence of 4.0 support in Mono.
Unfortunately, it has only been tested under Windows and this is a very
OS-specific bit of code. Because I haven't yet found bandwidth to build
Mono from source, my own Linux system is stuck at Mono 2.6. :-(

The workaround is to run NUnit itself under 4.0, so that none of this
detection code is ever used. That's the essence of Dale's recommendation.

A longer term solution would be for some folks in this community to
get involved with NUnit and help make it work right for this situation. ;-)

Charlie
