[MonoDevelop] Addins do not install for GTK Help

Firstly, I'm a little confused by your conflation of the MonoMac and
GTK addins - they're totally unrelated.

The latest MD 2.4 was in the beta update channel. I just moved it to
stable. Could you try using that?
