[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop fails to start correctly in Windows 7 x64

Hello:

I've installed all the packages of 
http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html windows  however when i
start monodevelop it shows
The required addin 'MonoDevelop.Core.Gui,2.2' is not installed (and many
more errors later)
