[MonoDevelop] C# supported version on MonoDeveloper 2.4

Hi Ahmed,
That's the question I would like to get answer too. Right now if you have Mono 2.8 one of preview versions it fully allows you writing C# 4.0 code (and compile) on MonoDevelop, like using "dynamic" keyword, but it will not be highlighted.
