[MonoDevelop] Move propertgrid to gtk-sharp

Well, the problem is that PropertyGrid is still a WinForms widget, not a Gtk# 
one.

As one of those who do heavy desktop app development with MD, I can tell you 
that Gtk# still does lack a number of useful composite widgets (a date / time 
entry or a picker entry, for instance). Whether this is an MD issue, or rather 
a Gtk# one, is another question.
