[MonoDevelop] Add-in repository over proxy

Hey, I'm new to mono and I thought I'll give it a try. 
But it seem I have the same problem as mentioned above; when I try to
install some update I get "Exception occurred: The remote server returned an
error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required." and I can't find anywhere to
set any Proxy settings...!? 

I use Windows 7 x64, it there any other way to install packages in windows?
