[MonoDevelop] xsp4 and OpenSUSE 11.3?

Looks like MD is using the .NET 4 compiler and framework. The output
would not be able to be loaded by xsp1/xsp2.

Also looks correct to me. I'm not sure I understand what's broken?

dll/exe versions only change for major releases, to maintain binary
compatibilty for addins. Git revision is in the "build info" tab -
it's a big hexadecimal value.
