[MonoDevelop] Vala in MonoDevelop for Windows

limbo because it contained links.)

That may be the problem, those are missing:

D:\monodevelop-vala-2.4>dir *.sln /s

File Not Found 

D:\monodevelop-vala-2.4>dir *.csproj /s

File Not Found 

Do I have the wrong source file?  I got mine here (mangled links to get
through): 

monodevelopdotcom/index.php?title=Download&highlight=vala   which is: 
ftpdotnovelldotcom/pub/mono/sources/monodevelop-vala/monodevelop-vala-2.4.tar.bz2
