[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop database support page

i'm new to mono, and i've accessed the following web page:

http://monodevelop.com/index.php?title=Database_support&highlight=database

if i'm reading it correctly, it appears i can create a database (sqlite)
from within the monodevelop ide.  is this correct?  if so, how is this done?
