[MonoDevelop] mono on centos

Hello Aurf,

Actually I was referring to building both Mono itself and MD from source.

That's how I got 2.8.1 to work on my Ubuntu 10.04 - by following the
"Building from source" howto available on
Mono's website.

I remember there were a few quirks in the process but I managed to do it.
