So essentially there is no way to view the generated assembly in Windows?
Is the hard debugger available on an Intel Mac OS X box, or is it really
Linux only?

Under Windows, is there some objdump-like tool I can use to dump code
sections and look at them offline?

The hard debugger is not available on Windows.
