[MonoDevelop] monodevelop and web services

I'd like to implement and consuming a web service using Monodevelop. But
there is not any web service project template in the "new project" window.
In this  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zmTLRsu_c4 tutorial (@0:48) a web
service is added to the project.
So my question. Is there a kind of add-in to install in monodevelop?

I'm running Monodevelop 2.2 under Ubuntu 10.04
